Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
To set up your utilities, please contact the local gas and electric company. Water, sewer, and trash will be set up automatically once you move-in.
